- Mobilize people with the collective ambition of ensuring access to sanitation, water supply, and hygiene for all
- Inform, engage and enable people to better carry out their WASH work, particularly through networking and knowledge sharing
- Ensure that the focus of WSSCC's work is connected to local communities and local issues
