National Coordinators
The National Coordinators (NCs) have no direct governance or managerial role and are appointed by the Director. They are senior professionals. The NCs have the following tasks:
- to develop and implement an annual national programme of action;
- to act as the focal point for coordination of a country coalition;
- to contribute to regional and inter regional activities;
- to identify and mobilize national-level resources to complement the Collaborative Council's corefunding for national activities; and
- to report to the Secretariat on the use of resources and impact of activities, on the national progress and on the Collaborative Council's contribution and recommended strategic direction for future contributions and activities.
