Programme Officer Knowledge & Networking - Carolien van der Voorden
Carolien van der Voorden has been a Programme Officer with WSSCC since January 2003, and is the focal point for the Council's national and regional level activities, and knowledge networking. Before joining the Council she held positions at The Mvula Trust, a South African water and sanitation NGO, and at IRC International Water and Sanitation Centre in the Netherlands. Carolien is a Dutch national, and has a Master's Degree in Development Studies.
