Lilia Ramos
Lilia Ramos is the Southeast Asia Regional Coordinator of WSSCC and President of the Molave Development Foundation / WASH Training and Resource Center. She is Founding President and Board Member of the International Secretariat for Water (ISW). She is also a Board Member of the Philippines Center for Water and Sanitation, the Manila Community Services and founding member of the Asia-Japan Network for Poverty Reduction. She was the first Executive Director of APPROTECH ASIA, and a trustee and past chair of NORFIL (Norway-Philippines) Foundation. She is also one of the founders of APEC (Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation) Women Leaders Network. Mrs. Ramos is actively involved in the promotion of MDGs on Water and Sanitation in the Philippines and in the Southeast Asia region. She is well respected for her leadership skills and efficient management and use of resources and a well-known NGO Executive in the Philippines and in Asia. One of her many awards in the past included the Woman of Accomplishment.
