Thematic workshops, trainings, meetings
WSSCC recognises the value of sector networking and learning through face-to-face meetings, and the important role such meetings play in increasing professionals' engagement in the sector, and the organisation. Based on its history of thematic networking, most workshops, symposiums and other meetings that WSSCC is involved in organising, have a specific thematic focus and are carried out in collaboration with one or more partner organisation(s). Meetings can have a general goal of learning and sharing around a certain theme or topic, or can be set up around knowledge products or materials produced by thematic working groups or networks, in order to stimulate uptake and application of these products. Hereunder follows an overview of thematic workshops and meetings that WSSCC has (co)organised or contributed to since 2007.
