The 1st IWA Development Congress was held in Mexico City from 15 to 19 November under the theme "Water and sanitation services: what works for developing countries". This event brought together water and sanitation professionals from all levels of the service delivery chain, from water utilities to NGO practitioners, in order to facilitate communication and experience sharing.
