Summary

The Ukraine WASH Coalition published the booklet "Right to water and sanitation: legal framework and situation in Ukraine” . The booklet summarizes the key issues of the human RtoWS according to UN definition, legislative assurance of RtoWS in Ukraine as well as situation with water supply and sanitation in Ukraine. The booklet shall be used for local authorities as well as central executive bodies to  become aware of legally binding UN and UN Human Rights Council Resolutions affirming that right to water and sanitation are basic human right.
