The national GSF programme in Nepal was launched in October 2010 in Kathmandu. During a meeting of the National Coordinating Body (NCB) in early January, the five focus districts were agreed based on set criteria. Since then, things have progressed quickly in the country, where the Executing Agency, UN-Habitat, has already issued its call for sub-grantees in January 2011.
The flyer gives background information to programme and highlights the outcomes achieved so far. It will be periodically updated.
