Origins and rationale of network
Established as an international effort to improve aid and coordination effectiveness in emergency response.
Objectives
To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of WASH interventions in emergencies, by developing capacity, improving inter-agency co-ordination and establishing a common operational framework.
The website is mainly for humanitarian workers at the country level, including Cluster Leads, Cluster members, OCHA, UN Common services etc. and as on global levek, including the global cluster staff at HQ, cluster members, donors, and OCHA.
