Origins and rationale of network
It all started in UNDP Bratislava Regional Centre in 2005. The idea emerged to develop an easy-to-use and interactivesite similar to Wikipedia,to provide a virtual space for UNDP colleagues to not only access to growing knowledge base, but to be able to contribute themselves and directly - on a continuous and real-time basis.
