In this paper, basic concepts and examples of the format of environmental accounting housekeeping (EAH) books of municipal wastewater was proposed based on pollutant load analysis with the administrative water quality and quantity dataset in Japan.
The purpose of the study was to apply the concept and estimation methods to prepare environmental accounting housekeeping (EAH) books of municipal wastewater in developing and middle-developed countries in South and South-east Asian countries. This paper presents information collection and field survey results conducted in 2006.
Evaluation of the existence of on-site treatment facilities in service area of centralized WWTPs in Thailand was conducted, applying pollutant discharge per capita (PDC) as a major index.
