Dr Pathak provides a detailed overview of the sanitation problems and the low cost technologies that the Sulabh Sanitation & Social Reform Movement has pioneered.
This presentation includes details and photographs of the different types of toilet technologies as well as Sulabh public toilet projects and uses of biogas. As well, Dr. Pathak presents on the rehabilitation of manual scavangers which was a comprehensive two year program in training. It concludes mentioning the women who attended the World Toilet Summit in New Dehli and also traveled to New York.
