Astrid Salcedo was born in Paris, France. She is half French, half Colombian. She studied Law at Strasbourg University and spent one year in England for an Erasmus exchange programme. Finally, she obtained a master in European Studies in Marseille. After finishing her studies in 2006, she went to work in Brussels for a European NGO defending consumer rights, successively as an intern, communications assistant and communications officer. Astrid joined WSSCC in 2010 and holds the position of Member Services Officer.
