As We Grow Up – Flipbook

The images in the flipbook ‘As We Grow Up‘ allow participants to visualise the changes in the body that take place from childhood to adulthood. This in turn helps them feel comfortable about the body’s changing outward appearance. Taking this ‘show don’t tell’ approach eases the participants into the topic of menstruation.
