Sanitation and Water for All Tools Portal


The SWA Tools Portal has more than 30 tools from diverse organizations aiming to help national-level governments and implementing partners strengthen the WASH sector. The tools are organized according to SWA’s Building Blocks (Sector Policy; Institutional Arrangements, Planning, Monitoring & Review; Financing; Capacity Building) and Crosscutting Areas, which include sustainability, advocacy and reduction of inequalities.
