WSSCC at Stockholm World Water Week 2017

Join WSSCC at Stockholm World Water Week from August 28 to September 1. Here is the full agenda of our activities:

1. WSSCC, with Global Citizen and SIWI, will examine how businesses contribute and emerging countries stay accountable in the movement for global access to sanitation. ‘The Full Circle of Sanitation Accountability in WASH’ takes place August 28 from 6 to 8 pm, at Vasateatern.

2.Visit the UN Water Pavilion coordination booth on August 29 from 1 to 5 pm to learn about (or rediscover) WSSCC!

3.As a founding partner of WASH4WORK, WSSCC will join diverse public and private stakeholders to explore how businesses across the world can improve WASH conditions for workers in their factories, local communities and supply chains. ‘WASH4Work: Enabling Businesses to Tackle the WASH Challenge’ takes place August 29 from 11 am to 12:30 pm in Norra Latin (NL) Room 357.

4.Save the date for our side event: ‘Reaching Scale with Equity: Innovations and Early Learnings’ takes place August 30 from 5:30 to 7 pm in the UN Water Pavilion.

The SDGs call on us to ‘leave no one behind’; doing so requires reaching large numbers of people with sanitation and hygiene by 2030, and doing it fairly – especially for the most vulnerable. With USAID, WSSCC will present how good policies and proven practices can generate collective behaviour change in sanitation movements of unprecedented proportion. Click here to Save the date and RSVP
