Mid-Term Review of WSSCC’s Medium-Term Strategic Plan 2012-2016 –...

In 2015, the WSSCC commissioned a Mid-Term Review (MTR) of its Medium-Term Strategic Plan (MTSP) 2012-16 to assess its progress against intended results in the MTSP. The MTR was designed to contribute to organisational learning as well as to meet the accountability requirements of WSSCC’s Steering Committee and donors. The MTR covers the period 2012-2014, with additional analysis of progress made as part of the 2015-2016 Biennial Work Plan up to February 2016. The review was undertaken by IFMR LEAD and managed for quality assurance by the International Initiative for Impact Evaluation (3ie) under the 3ie Sanitation and Hygiene Thematic Window.WSSCC has issued a Management Response to the recommendations in the review, with a comprehensive internal response plan developed for each recommendation, under the headings of Programme Strategy, Monitoring and Evaluation and Governance.

WSSCC External Review 2005-2010 – Final Report

This report describes the process and presents the findings of the External Review of WSSCC, which was carried out between April 2010 and January 2011. The review covers the period of 2005 to 2010. The review was conducted on behalf of the joint donors and funded by the Netherlands Government and Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. The first phase of the review in April 2010 was co-funded by the Norwegian government. The external review team consisted of three independent consultants.Annexes - WSSCC External Review 2005-2010Le présent rapport entend décrire le processus et présenter les résultats de la Révision externe du Conseil de concertation pour l’approvisionnement en eau et l’assainissement (WSSCC) menée entre avril 2010 et janvier 2011. La révision couvre la période allant de 2005 à 2010 et a été effectuée pour le compte des donateurs conjoints avec le financement du gouvernement des Pays-Bas et de la fondation Bill et Melinda Gates. La première phase de la révision, menée en avril 2010, a été cofinancée par le gouvernement de la Norvège. L’équipe chargée de la révision externe était composée de trois consultants indépendants.
